In a first stage, EQUAL-CLASS compared the selected non-university engineering qualifications from five countries from a theoretical-descriptive perspective, i.e. comparing qualifications from the perspective of learning outcomes. The selected engineering qualifications were described in a structured way on the basis of templates which had been developed in previous projects. They were then analysed and compared with each other.
